how to grow sprouts

all you will need:

  • a big jar
  • sprouting lids for jars or a clean cheesecloth with rubber band
  • 3 tsp of seeds

 

process:

  1. fill the seeds in the jar and cover them with water
  2. let them soak over night
  3. cover the jar with the sieve-lid or attach the clove with rubber on it as a sieve
  4. empty the water and wrinse the sprouts
  5. leave the jar without water on an bright place
  6. wrinse the sprouts everyday twice and drain them well
  7. let them grow for a few days until they reach desired size
  8. enjoy the fresh sprouts
